Please make any adjustments/cancellations within 72 hours of your booked tour.

If you do not show for tour, or leave on your own before the guide connects with you, you will not receive a refund.

We will guide any of the tours in the rain, unless there is a high probability of severe thunderstorms with high winds and cloud to ground lightning. We will also offer tours in the snow as long as safe road conditions comply. If you desire to change a booking based on a very poor weather forecast, please make adjustments within 72 hours of your booked tour.
